If your plan is not on these lists, you may contact your insurance company or the South Florida Vision location nearest you to find out if we accept your plan.

Any co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles your plan requires will be due at the time of your visit to us. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Care Credit
